CladTech specializes in the application of abrasion-resistant overlays to both internal and external surfaces of pipe spools and components, primarily chromium and tungsten carbides for use in piping systems for non-expansible fluids, and therefore generally outside the scope of ABSA.
CladTech has selectively focused on internal overlays of induction-formed elbows fabricated from large diameter pipe – 20” to 48” in various wall thicknesses. We also overlay smaller diameter (12” to 18”) elbows either induction-formed or fabricated from SR and LR fittings with a 1” mandrel CCO machine.
We offer fabrication of pipe spools in accordance with ASME piping codes which includes limited engineering design to ASME piping codes, drafting, procurement of materials and services, NDE and hydro testing.
